Our vice director Dr. Aliye Nur ERCAN GÜVEN, participated in a seminar titled “The Use of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages in Language Education” by European Council Expert Dr. Brian NORTH, as part of the “Project to Improve the Quality of Foreign Language Education in Turkey” conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of National Education. The seminar, held in the Conference Hall of the MEB Council of Education, was attended by over 400 participants, including academics, experts, and teachers. The seminar focused particularly on the concepts of the learner as a social actor, mediation, and multilingualism.
